[edit] Disable Pop Up Blockers
In order to access your eLearningBCC course make sure that you disable any pop up blockers that may be running. This includes pop up blockers that are included in security applications such as Symantec Internet Security or McAfee. Follow the step by step instructions below to ensure that you have trouble free access to your eLearningBCC courses.

If you are using Firefox but are still having problems your virus protection program may be configured to block ads and pop-ups.

Internet Security Application such as Symantec Internet Security often include built in Pop Up Blockers. This can cause you to experience problems when using accessBCC and accessing your eLearningBCC Courses.
[edit] Norton Internet Security 2004
Disabling Pop up blocker in Norton Internet Security 2004.
1. Right click on the Symantec Internet Security system tray icon.
2. On the pop-up-menu select Norton Internet Security.
3. Click on the item titled Ad Blocking
4. Click Configure.
5. Clear the Check box next to the text that reads "Turn on Popup Window Blocking."
6. Click OK
NOTE: Close all browser windows in order for the changes to take effect.

1. If you see the Symantec Internet Security system tray icon go to Start > Programs > Norton Internet Security. (A Picture of the Icon is Shown Below)
2. In the Norton Internet Security Window that appears click on the Notron AntiSpam button.
4. Click on Status and Settings 5. Click on the link titled Pop-up Blocking
6. Click the button to the right labeled Turn Off
NOTE: Close all browser windows in order for the changes to take effect.
