Are you being prompted to log on twice?
If you are being prompted to log on twice it is likely because you are using Internet Explorer (IE).
This DOES NOT happen in Firefox. It is highly recommended that all users of eLearning use the Firefox web browser.

Time Out Issues
We have been receiving reports that the system has been timing out when logging into accessBCC and then accessing eLearningBCC. I wanted to let you know that we are aware of the problem and have been taking steps to troubleshoot it.
If you continue to have problems and keep getting bumped out of your courses, try going in "the back door" directly to the eLearning server:
We will keep you updated regarding the timeout issue as we have more information on the problem.
