eLearning orientation sessions

To get started with eLearning and learn more about how eLearning courses work, all students are encouraged to complete the eLearning 101 course. You can self-enroll by logging into Blackboard and clicking on the eResources tab at the top of the page. Follow the link to enroll in eLearning 101.

If you have specific questions or need additional assistance please:

  1. Use the eLearning Support chat within Blackboard to send us a message.
  2. Email the eLearning Help Desk

During the first week of summer classes (6/6 - 6/10) we will be available Monday - Friday, 8am-8pm via email and chat!

Summer 2016 face-to-face (in-person) eLearning support

Students can come by room A208 (second floor of the Library) on the Fall River campus or room 316 on the New Bedford Campus.

Virtual Orientations

Join us for a virtual orientation by registering for one of the sessions listed below. Once you are registered you will receive a confirmation email containing the URL for the session. We will be using for the screensharing part of the session and you can either call in via the internet (if you have a headset with a microphone) or you can call in via phone to the number that is provided.
