To get started with eLearning and learn more about how eLearning courses work, all students are encouraged to complete the eLearning 101 course. You can self-enroll by logging into Blackboard and clicking on the eResources tab at the top of the page. Follow the link to enroll in eLearning 101.

Wintersession and Spring 2020 eLearning Orientation Sessions
Students are encouraged to stop by the Center for Instructional Technology Expertise (CITE Lab) located in room A208 (second floor of the Library) on the Fall River campus or room 316 on the New Bedford campus for in-person assistance.
In addition to providing in-person assistance students can also connect virtually with the eLearning Help Desk. You can access the virtual meeting room located at https://us.bbcollab.com/guest/D1E1DA53BB1A75F17F5728B88E0F6EAF.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Collaborate works best with the Google Chrome browser. You can either use the audio tools that are built into the application or you can call in via the phone number that is provided. View this participant guide to learn more about how Collaborate works.
